OCTOBER GARAGE SALE FINDS







Went to several Garage sales last week and found several cute things.  This little glider was one of them. 

A gentleman brought some old barn siding garden items too.  They are so neat, and well made.  Several little chair/planters, three garden benches, a coffee bar, and two bookcases. 

Here's a picture of the garden benches.   I'm also including a picture of the garden chair and bookcase.  These pieces are all put together with screws, not nails, so they should hold up well.  See you all soon.             

BIRD'S NEST OPEN ON LABOR DAY 10 - 2

Bird's Nest is planning to be open on Labor day (today), from 10am to 2pm..... I need to be stoning birdhouses again, so better "labor on Labor Day"!  Come on out and visit....would love to see you. 

NEW GLASS BIRD FEEDERS

I'm so excited, a friend showed me how to make these glass bird feeders out of jars and glass bowls.  The ones pictured still need to have holes drilled through the bowl and jar, then a large screw and hanger attached.  They look so pretty, and should be done and in the shop by next week, so come on out and check them out.  See you soon.

Come have tea with me!!  I have the perfect table w/four chairs sitting in the middle of the shop, and the water's hot :)  I've been looking for something like this, and found it at a neighbors garage sale last week.  So exciting when you finally find something you were looking for.  Also have the little black shoes w/hen and chicks started in them.  See you soon.

OPENING APRIL 5 FOR THE SEASON!

THAT'S RIGHT, IT'S TIME TO OPEN SHOP AGAIN!  I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone again, and I can't wait to show you all the neat finds from the garage sales I've been going to.  We found a few things in Florida too...I'll be posting pictures soon.  The picture with this post is my granddaughter trying on all the new rings I've been making with old buttons....really fun!
